Instead, early partners participate in a controlled co-investment model, where:
Infrastructure costs are recovered transparently
Revenue sharing is clearly phased
Long-term percentages are protected
All partners benefit from scale, not speculation
Before pre-registration begins, all partners will:
Review the recovery structure
Agree on the recovery threshold
Confirm automatic reversion to long-term sharing

No indefinite delays.
